Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for 2023 Move-In! This important tradition this year will take place over two days: Friday, August 18, and Saturday, August 19.

Volunteers are needed to help welcome, check in, and move in our brand new Seahawks. Volunteers can choose to serve one or both days, and indicate their preferences for volunteering at the registration form below. All volunteers will receive a T-shirt, breakfast and lunch.

REGISTER HERE TO VOLUNTEER AT MOVE-IN 2023

  • Parking: Parking will be provided for all volunteers on the day of their volunteering in the Parking Deck on the corner of Reynolds and Cahill Drive.
  • Meals: Each day’s volunteers will be provided breakfast, lunch and snacks on the day(s) they elect to volunteer at Wagoner Dining Hall. Breakfast will be served from 6:00 a.m.-7:30 a.m. and lunch will begin at 1:30 p.m.
  • Check-In: Volunteers will check in at the Seahawk Village Clubhouse between 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., unless communicated otherwise. All volunteers must be in their assigned location by 7:30 a.m.
  • What to bring: We suggest all volunteers bring with them a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and hat, as well as clothes they wouldn't’t mind getting dirty, very comfortable, closed-toed shoes, and any other items they wish to have with them at Move-In.
Move-In volunteering is open to community members this year! Whether you serve as an advisor for a student organization, are affiliated with a local business/organization, or just a family member of a student/faculty/staff, you can register to volunteer using the link above!
