Angela Zombek
Associate Professor
I am a Cleveland, Ohio native, historian of the Civil War Era, and serve as the Graduate Coordinator for the History Department at UNCW. I am also managing editor of Kent State University Press's book series "Interpreting the Civil War: Texts and Contexts." I am passionate about teaching and about history and have had the opportunity to teach in many settings, including the National Park Service (Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park), St. Francis High School (Gainesville, FL), and St. Petersburg College (Clearwater, FL).
