Leslie K. Wright is a seasoned career consultant with more than 23 years of experience guiding college students and recent graduates as they take their first steps toward meaningful careers. As Assistant Director of the Career Center and Liaison to the College of Science and Engineering at UNC Wilmington, she leads strategic career initiatives and leverages career technology like Handshake and BigResume to help students confidently navigate a complicated job market.
Leslie is committed to empowering students to recognize and articulate their skills and competencies—work that has earned her recognition from professional organizations such as NCACE and SoACE. A Norfolk, Virginia native, she holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and is known for her thoughtful coaching, intentional programming, and commitment to student success.
