Associate Professor
Dr. Jordan Weber earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from SUNY Brockport, K-12 Teacher License in Health and Physical Education from UNCW, Master of Health Education & Promotion from East Carolina University, and his Doctor of Educational Leadership and a concentration in curriculum, instruction and assessment. He has spent the last 15 years teaching adapted physical activity at UNCW, and spent 12 years teaching and personal training at various camps, public schools and gym settings (Camp Centerland, NY, After School Teacher at Anderson Elementary, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at O2 Fitness and Matt Skelly Training). He created a nonprofit called Train Us Forward Fitness as part of his Doctoral Dissertation. Presently, Dr. Weber serves as an associate professor in the Healthful Living and Fitness Education program in graduate and undergraduate degrees.
Education
B.S. in Science, State University of New York at Brockport, MAED. in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University, and his EdD in Educational Leadership with a concentration in curriculum, instruction and assessment.

Applied learning and leadership strategies in healthful living and fitness education; Organizational wellness development.
Research Interests
Practitioner based research in physical education and adapted physical activity. Wearable fitness technology and college students experience in physical activity programs throughout life.
