Kenneth J Siegel
Temporary EHRA/Faculty
Kenneth Siegel began his investment career after completing the formal training program at Fidelity Union Bank in NJ in 1983 and learning the finer points of investing in trust funds for individuals and commingled trust funds. He later joined the Bank of Tokyo as a Balanced Portfolio Manager, where he focused his previous equity experience on analyzing convertible securities and taxable fixed income for over 5 years. While all clients were Institutional Japanese companies, all investments were US dollar based. Fuji Bank then hired Ken to run their investment department and named him Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for overall asset allocation decisions for all portfolios and set investment policy. Ken then brought his broad macro expertise of the markets and economy, and micro experiences of valuing stocks and bonds, to Fiduciary Trust Company International, where he managed over $1.2 billion of client funds in large capitalization equity portfolios, that also included fixed income and convertible securities for income oriented investors. He remained at Fiduciary for 24 years until his retirement in 2020.
