Cassidy Blair Royall

I am a marketing and communications professional with a strong background in digital strategy, CRM-based communication, and content development. In my current role as the Admissions Marketing and Communications Coordinator at UNC Wilmington, I lead strategic communication efforts that support the recruitment of first-year, transfer, and special-population students. I manage full-funnel email marketing, develop targeted communication plans, oversee digital advertising initiatives, maintain Admissions website content, and supervise a student marketing team that produces content for our social media channels and YouTube.

I have extensive experience working in Slate, where I build multi-step email campaigns, create segmented communication flows, and manage prospective student data to support personalized outreach. I also introduced Asana to our team to streamline project management, improve workflow transparency, and keep our content planning organized and collaborative.
