Erika W. Riggs

Erika is a member of the Systems Team within the Office of the Registrar. Her primary responsibilities include fulfilling report requests, providing student enrollment information and ensuring data integrity. This role involves managing the internal data request tool and overseeing the SSRS Registrar report inventory.
Additionally, Erika is responsible for submitting enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), making sure that submissions for enrollment, degree posting, and degree verification are timely, accurate, and in compliance with NSC and NSLDS regulations.
Erika also manages the office computer inventory, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
