Stefanie Mancuso Norris
Executive Director of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives & Transfer Pathways
Dr. Stefanie Norris has been at UNCW since 2010 with a variety of experiences advancing student success, enrollment, retention, leadership development, and campus engagement. She currently serves as Executive Director of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives and Transfer Pathways, where she provides strategic leadership for transfer student success, military-affiliated student support, student-athlete support services, and innovative enrollment initiatives. In this role, she champions campus-wide efforts that support students from recruitment through graduation and strengthens partnerships that create seamless educational pathways. Throughout her career at UNCW, Dr. Norris has held progressive leadership positions spanning enrollment management, campus life, orientation and transition programs, student involvement, and co-curricular learning. Her doctoral research examined the relationship between on-campus employment and undergraduate students’ sense of belonging, reflecting her longstanding commitment to student development and success. A scholar-practitioner, Dr. Norris teaches undergraduate courses for the Honors College and the Leadership Studies minor and graduate courses for the Watson College of Education.
