Natalie J. Quinones

Natalie Quinones serves as Executive Assistant to the Dean at the Watson College of Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In this role, she provides high-level administrative leadership and operational support to the Dean’s Office, helping coordinate strategic initiatives, institutional events, and communications across the college. She works closely with faculty, staff, and university leadership to ensure the effective execution of academic programs, initiatives, and partnerships that advance the mission of the college and the broader university community.

With extensive experience in higher education administration, Natalie is known for her strong organizational leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced academic environment. Her work supports collaboration across departments and contributes to the continued growth and success of the Watson College of Education. Through her role, she helps facilitate initiatives that support students, faculty, and community partnerships, strengthening the college’s impact in education and leadership throughout the region.
