Tracy A Linderholm
Dean
Dr. Tracy Linderholm brings over 24 years of experience as an educator, administrator, and leader. Most recently, she served as Associate Dean of the College of Education at Georgia Southern University, where she oversaw graduate education, faculty affairs, enrollment management, research and scholarship, marketing and communications, and budget oversight.
During her tenure, Dr. Linderholm introduced impactful initiatives, including increasing graduate student enrollment, co-leading a university-wide effort to establish research impact areas, and bringing the Call Me MISTER program to the college to recruit underrepresented individuals into teaching. She is recognized for her strong commitment to PreK–12 partnerships, community engagement, and supporting students, faculty, and staff.
Dr. Linderholm began her academic career at the University of Minnesota as a Guy Bond Reading Research Fellow and a NIH National Research Service Fellow while completing her doctorate in Educational Psychology. She later joined the faculty at the University of Florida, where she served as Associate Director of the School of Human Development and Organizational Studies in Education and as Program Director of the Educational Psychology doctoral program.
Dr. Linderholm holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing education, promoting research excellence, and fostering inclusive academic communities.
