McKenzie Blake LeFlore
Employer Development Program Manager
McKenzie LeFlore is the Employer Development Program Manager for the UNCW Career Center, where she connects employers from a wide range of industries with students of all majors. A proud two-time UNCW alumna, McKenzie is especially passionate about fostering connections between students and alumni who have navigated similar career paths. McKenzie manages key initiatives such as career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, mentorship programs, the Employer Advisory Board, etiquette dinners, networking events, and other professional development opportunities. She also assists employers with using Handshake, the university's online job posting platform.
