Assistant Director of Analytics
Aleeta supports data-informed decision-making at UNCW by transforming complex institutional data into actionable insights. She specializes in data integration, statistical analysis, and dashboard development using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau. With a strong focus on student success and operational efficiency, she collaborates across campus to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and strategic use of university data. Her work contributes to official reporting, predictive modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with UNCW’s mission.
Aleeta holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from NYU and brings over five years of experience in higher education analytics. Outside of work, she’s a lifelong learner and self-proclaimed data nerd always exploring new tools and techniques.
