Applied Learning Operations Coordinator
Teresa Hudson joined UNCW’s College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) in May 2026 as an Applied Learning Operations Coordinator in Academic Affairs. In this role, she provides strategic leadership around clinical/internship placements and processes, affiliation agreements/MOUs, process design and implementation, and student compliance. Prior to her arrival to UNCW, she specialized in global clinical research trials within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with a focus on people and project management. Throughout her 25+ years in clinical research management, Teresa was assigned to Alliance Partner sponsorships, developed pilot programs, and demonstrated system driven solutions as a direct result of team building and task driven implementation. Teresa’s teams led feasibility outreach for both national and worldwide trials with a strong focus on utilizing systems and best practices to streamline efficiencies. She has a passion for supporting academia and meaningful involvement in higher education.
