Tim Gardner

Temporary EPA/Faculty

Timothy Gardner has served as part-time faculty since 2013, teaching International Operations Management in the Congdon School and International Business within the Management Department of the Cameron School of Business.
Mr. Gardner brings over 30 years of international human resources experience, having served as Managing Director and International Human Resources Executive with Credit Suisse. Throughout his career, he has led global human capital initiatives across dynamic financial services environments, with particular expertise in HR strategy, HR transformation and organizational development, performance management, and executive compensation.
His international career spans three major financial centers—13 years in New York City, 12 years in Zurich, Switzerland, and 5 years in London, UK—providing him with a deep understanding of cross-cultural business leadership and global workforce management.

Community Engagement

In addition to his professional and academic work, Mr. Gardner has been actively engaged in community and educational leadership. He has served as a Trustee of the Zurich International School, a member of the European Advisory Council of the Harvard Business School, a Mentor at the Cameron School of Business, and a Board Member and Chair of the Willie Stargell Foundation.
