Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, my role encompasses consulting with hiring managers and search committees through the full recruitment process including postings and hiring proposals for EHRA Non-Faculty, EHRA Faculty, SHRA and temporary positions. My position works closely with hiring units to deliver end-to-end support in PeopleAdmin (Applicant Tracking System) as well as offer technical guidance for ATS navigation along with collaborating with the solutions provider and departments to develop smooth workflow enhancements. My role ensures compliance with required policies, procedures and guidelines for recruitments. Through strategic consultation and process optimization, I ensure efficient, compliant, and inclusive hiring practices across all talent acquisition initiatives.
