Martha Andrews

Professor

Martha C. Andrews is a Professor in the Department of Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She received her Ph.D. from Florida State University in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Prior to her current position she was on the faculty in the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. Dr. Andrews has published numerous articles in journals that include Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, among others. Previous consulting experience includes work in a variety of industries that include a pharmaceutical company, Burger King, Florida State Lottery, and St. Johns River Water Management District. Dr. Andrews has extensive teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate level in courses such as Human Resource Management, Staffing and Selection, Compensation, and Organizational Behavior.
