4. Login to your D2LA Account

The Dare to Learn Academy (more commonly referred to as D2LA) is the registration system for campus trainings, workshops, and events offered by Human Resources and our campus partners. Login to your D2LA account using your UNCW email & password so that you can register for the following 2 classes:

  • Harassment Prevention Mini-Conference (required for all new employees)
    This conference usually offered several times per year. If you do not see this event on the calendar right now, please check back soon.
  • Full Cycle Performance: Basics for Staff OR Basics for Supervisors (optional, but highly recommended)
