P & A Group System Disruption

P&A Group has experienced a system infrastructure disruption. We are working diligently to restore our network and customer facing services. Consumer accounts and cards were not affected. However, the disruption impacted our portals, call center, email server, SFTP servers, and contribution file processing.
 
We sincerely apologize for the challenges this disruption in services creates for our customers.  We are committed to helping resolve any issues caused by delays in processing employee changes, contributions, and other service items.

Our team is working persistently to restore full service and has engaged specialists to speed recovery. Current priorities include contribution file processing, employee changes, email, the call center, and other customer-facing functions. Recovery is underway and will continue until all services are fully restored as soon as possible.  We expect to provide further updates in the near future regarding the timing of service restoration.
