P & A Group System Disruption

P&A's, the NCFlex vendor for both the health care and dependent day care flexible spending accounts, website is currently down. This is also impacting P&A's call center. At this point, there is no ETA as to when the website or call center will be up and running. Participants are still able to use their P&A debit cards to make purchases. P&A will extend the timeframes for accepting requested documentation due to their website being down. P&A will notify all participants when their website and call center are fully functional.
