Novant Health Mobile Mammogram On Campus March 25th

Is it time for your annual mammogram? Novant Health Mammogram Mobile unit will be on-site on March 25th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Screening mammograms are covered as preventive care under most insurance plans. For your convenience, we will file a claim with your insurance provider on your behalf. If you have had previous mammograms outside the Novant Health network, our team will contact your prior facility to obtain those images for comparison. Please be prepared to provide your previous provider's contact information at your appointment, along with a copy of your Driver's License and SHP insurance card.  The minimum age for a screening mammogram on the mobile van is age 35.  Appointments are recommended. You must be under the care of a PCP or OBGYN to schedule your mammogram. Your provider will receive your mammogram report.
