February is American Heart Month, where we raise awareness of heart disease which is the leading cause of death in the United States. Managing our cholesterol is an important piece of the puzzle when it comes to heart health. In this Worksite Wellness Lunch and Learn, Katie Godin, RD, LDN, from LifeStyle Medical Center, will discuss ways to manage cholesterol through healthy dietary and lifestyle changes.  After the presentation, Katie will demonstrate how to make Chocolate Covered Stuffed Dates.
