Move More Webinar May 20th, 11:30-12:30 - Sometimes the biggest barrier to regular exercise is a mental block–we have a negative perception of exercise because of one bad experience, or we get bored with the same routine over an extended period. Creativity and variety can solve those problems! We benefit in different ways from different types of movement, and we can even make daily physical activity fun. Sign up for this free Worksite Wellness Lunch and Learn with Katie Godin, RD, LDN from LifeStyle Medical Centers, and get motivated to break through those activity barriers while reviewing different types of movement and their benefits. Focusing on getting enough water in your day is vital, but did you know that foods can also help with your hydration needs? This free Worksite Wellness webinar will highlight some of the most hydrating foods you can eat and recipes to use them in. Katie Godin, RD, LDN from LifeStyle Medical Center, will give a brief presentation and demonstrate how to make a hydrating watermelon salad.
