HR Learning & Talent Development is Excited to Launch the 'SUPER-VISION' Program

Introducing "SUPER-VISION": Celebrating Exemplary Leadership at UNCW 

UNCW's Learning and Talent Development Team in HR is excited to present "SUPER-VISION," a professional development session that celebrates talented and effective leadership. This initiative was created by Kimberly McLaughlin-Smith, HR Learning and Talent Development Specialist, after she witnessed the deep and highly engaging rapport shared by one team on our campus at a recent event. 

What is "SUPER-VISION"? 

"SUPER-VISION" is designed to highlight and honor supervisors who have made a significant positive impact on their teams. Each session will feature 2-3 leaders, with sentiments shared by their teams leading into an open dialogue. Honored leaders will briefly share their leadership approach and philosophy, followed by a Q&A session with other campus leaders to share insights on successful and humanistic leadership. A small group activity will also be part of this 2-hour session.
