As mentioned in the January 15, 2025, email from Chancellor Volety, eligible employees will receive a 1% base salary increase effective January 1, 2025, in their January 31, 2025, paycheck. All told, more than 2200 employees will receive the 1% salary increase which will be calculated on their December 31, 2024, base salary. For administrators returning to a faculty position January 1, 2025, the 1% increase is calculated on their January 1, 2025, 9-month faculty base salary.
Note: The calculation of the 1% salary increase excludes any non-permanent administrative salary supplements or salary increase in place for an interim appointment or temporary increased duties.
