WCE to Host “The Truth About Trauma” - Sept. 23
Watson College of Education invites UNCW faculty, staff and students to attend “The Truth About Trauma,” an engaging presentation featuring former New Hanover County District Attorney Ben David.
During the event, David will explore the impact of trauma, discuss the work of Wilmington’s Community Justice Center (CJC), and examine how trauma-informed practices can strengthen responses across a variety of disciplines.
The presentation will be held Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 3:30 p.m. in Sayed Hall, Room 162. Registration is required.
