Scribner Named Associate Dean of Graduate Programs

Dr. Lisa Scribner has been appointed Associate Dean of Graduate, International, and Executive Programs for the Cameron School of Business. A dedicated leader and educator, Dr. Scribner is recognized for her commitment to academic excellence and the continued advancement of our mission and graduate programs.

Dr. Scribner has helped build and manage a wide range of international programs and played a key role in shaping and supporting the online MBA program. As Chair of the Department of Marketing, she founded the Center for Sales Excellence & Customer Delight to advance and strengthen the department’s engagement with industry partners.

Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and dual degrees in Marketing and Spanish from Ball State University. Dr. Scribner's scholarly work reflects her dedication to advancing pedagogical practices, deepening understanding of stakeholder perceptions, and examining cultural influences on marketing strategy. Her excellence in teaching has been recognized with the UNCW Chancellor's Teaching Excellence Award.
