BOT to Hold Special Called Meeting

The UNCW Board of Trustees will hold a Special Called Meeting on Wednesday, June 3, at 4 p.m. The meeting will be hosted in Alderman Hall, Room 215. Most, if not all, members will participate by electronic connection.

The purpose of this meeting is to convene in Closed Session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(1) and N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a) (5) in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
