Campus Threat Addressed Sept 18

All Clear Update: UNCW Police, in coordination with local and state partners, have completed their investigation of the reported threat. Randall and Discovery Halls are cleared for normal use, and campus operations continue as usual. Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to UNCW Police at 910.962.2222 or 911.

12:15 a.m. Sept. 18: UNCW has received a threat, which University Police is actively investigating in coordination with the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office and state partners. The campus remains open, and operations will continue as usual until further notice. Randall and Discovery Halls have been temporarily evacuated as a precaution. UNCW Police will continue to monitor this threat and keep you updated. Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to University Police at 910.962.2222 or 911.
