The University of North Carolina Wilmington has earned three Telly Awards in recognition of outstanding video storytelling and production, reinforcing the university’s commitment to creative excellence and impactful communication.
The winning entries were produced by UNCW’s Office of University Relations in collaboration with campus partners, showcasing the university’s vibrant culture, academic achievements and community engagement. The awards include:
- Silver Telly in the General: Educational Institution category for International Invitation From UNCW
- Bronze Telly in General: Recruitment for UNCW Department of Music Overview
- Bronze Telly in General: Biography for Military Student Spotlight: Bryan
Bradley Pearce, video manager, and Kathryn Ippolito, cinematographer and editor, contributed to the recognized projects through their roles as Office of University Relations Media Production Team members.

The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and attract entries from some of the world’s top brands, media organizations and universities.
