With the help of two grants from the NC Biotechnology Center, the UNCW Center for Marine Science’s role in the biotechnology industry is rising to a new level. UNCW's Dr. Catharina Alves-de-Souza and Dr. Remington X. Poulin were awarded grants to upgrade capabilities and expand their lab equipment.
