Fans attending a UNCW men’s or women’s basketball game in November/December can help provide shoes for children in the community through a special promotion by the school's Seahawk Sports Marketing office.

From Nov. 18 to Dec. 31, 2021, fans who bring a new pair of children’s shoes to a home game can exchange them for a pair of special branded Seahawk socks. Fans should bring the shoes to the lobby of Trask Coliseum to make the exchange. 

More than 150 pairs of shoes were delivered at the conclusion of the 2020 promotion.

Nov. 27 – Women’s Basketball vs. Radford

Dec. 19 – Women’s Basketball vs. East Carolina
Dec. 22 – Men’s Basketball vs. Campbell
Dec. 29 – Men’s Basketball vs. Delaware
Dec. 31 – Men’s Basketball vs. Drexel
