The UNCW Board of Trustees will hold a special called meeting on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 2 p.m., for the primary purpose of considering the resolution on delegations of authority as requested by the UNC Board of Governors and the UNC System. The meeting will be held virtually, using Zoom, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 215. Part of the meeting may be held in closed session under provisions in the Open Meetings Act.
