There will be a special called meeting, via Zoom, of the University of North Carolina Wilmington Board of Trustees at 3 p.m. Friday, March 12, 2021, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 215.
 
As allowed under the Open Meetings Act, some of the meeting will be held in closed session “to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract” [NCGS 143-318.11(a) (5)]; “to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6)]; and “to consult with our attorney to protect the attorney-client privilege” [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3)].
