There will be a special called meeting via conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 4 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2020, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 110.
 
As allowed under the Open Meetings Act, some of the meeting will be held in closed session: “to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract”  [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5)]; “to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6)]; and “to consult with our attorney to preserve the attorney-client privilege” [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3)].
