The Office of Community Engagement works to better connect UNCW faculty, staff, and students with businesses, schools, and organizations in Southeast North Carolina to meet community needs locally, nationally, and even globally. In light of COVID-19 concerns, the office has suspended all in-person OCE programs and events until further notice.

However, our OCE teams are working to create strategies to move programming to online formats in order to uphold our commitment to reciprocal partnerships in the community and honor UNCW’s decision to move all instruction and programming online. We will continue to take every measure to ensure the health and safety of our community. To that effect, we have created a resource page, including volunteer opportunities and other ways to support the community.
