CHHS Names Chris Lantz Associate Dean for Academic Affairs

Chris Lantz has been named associate dean for academic affairs in the College of Health and Human Services. Lantz, who had served as interim associate dean, officially began his new role July 1.
“Chris’ strong professional background and experience as former director of the School of Health and Applied Human Sciences positioned him to assume this important role,” said CHHS Dean Charlie Hardy. “His leadership will be invaluable as the college serves a growing number of students seeking degrees in the critical workforce fields of health and human services.”
The associate dean oversees all aspects of academic affairs for CHHS, including program evaluation and accreditation, new program and curriculum development, interprofessional collaborative education, study abroad, curriculum globalization and faculty and student conduct.
