The Office of Institutional Research and Planning welcomes Kelly Charles as the new Director of Institutional Effectiveness. She began at UNCW in May 2018 and brings a wealth of experience in assessment and accreditation to campus. Charles will have oversight responsibility for the systematic, explicit, and documented process of measuring performance against the institutional mission, and working collaboratively to provide the best evidence of UNCW’s commitment to continuous improvement.
