The On-Campus Student Housing Public Private Partnership (“P3”) contract has been awarded to Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions (BBCS). Based in Malvern, PA, BBCS has offices throughout North Carolina. BBCS, LLC is a leading developer and operator of infrastructure projects for the college and university market. The P3 project will produce four new student housing buildings providing 1,800 new beds with both pod and semi-suite style rooms. Work is expected to begin in late 2018.
