The Nominating Committee of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees will meet at 9:30 a.m., Monday, July 10 in Alderman Hall, Room 110. Some members may participate by conference call. Portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, as allowed under the Open Meetings Act.

As in previous years, the primary charge of the committee is to make recommendations to the Board regarding officers of the Board for the following year.
