An historic season for the UNCW softball team continues on Tuesday night when the Seahawks take on Liberty in the regional round of the National Invitational Softball Championship at Liberty Softball Stadium.

The Seahawks, who are playing in a postseason tournament for the first time in program history, bring a 33-18-1 record into Tuesday's contest after splitting four games at the Colonial Athletic Association Championship last week.
