Meet UNCW Fulbright Alumni

The Fulbright Scholar Directory highlights UNCW’s accomplished Fulbright alumni from 1979 to the present.

UNCW's Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program

UNCW has received a State Department grant to host Fulbright fellows as part of the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) program for four consecutive years. This 6-week program allows fellows to develop greater expertise in their subject areas, enhance their teaching skills, and increase their knowledge about the United States.

UNCW's Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program

The Fulbright FLTA Program enhances UNCW’s teaching of languages and exposes students to a true understanding of people of different nations. The Institute of International Education (IIE) arranges academic placement for most Fulbright FLTA nominees and supervises participants during their stay in the U.S.
