Rental Information

General information and rental rates.

Reservations

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations are not guaranteed without a signed contract.
Weekly rental requests are not accepted more than 30 days in advance.

Rental Rates

Combs House
- Monthly - $2,450
- Weekly - $925 + $200 cleaning fee
College Acres House
- Monthly - $2,450
- Weekly - $925 + $200 cleaning fee
Ross House
- Monthly - $2800
- Weekly - $1,250 + $250 cleaning fee
Padrick House
- Monthly - $2,150
- Weekly - $850 + $200 cleaning fee

*UNCW reserves the right to adjust the aforementioned rates for special use circumstances which are anticipated to require higher levels of service and/or are likely to accelerate the wear and tear typically experienced for said properties.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice may incur an administrative fee.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: 3 p.m.
Keys are issued to the sponsoring department on check-in day between Noon - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- During summer hours: Noon - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday, and 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on Friday.

Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- Keys should be returned by 11:30 a.m. on check-out day, to avoid an additional charges.
- If check-out falls on weekends or holidays, please make arrangements in advance by contacting hospitality@uncw.edu.

Guidelines and Restrictions of Use

No smoking or tobacco use, no pets, and no large social events are allowed.
These properties are not leased as permanent residences.
All guests must be sponsored by a university department.
Properties are designated for new or current employees and visiting UNCW affiliates.
