At UNCW, the Faculty Success Platform supports core faculty processes, serves as the repository of all faculty & staff credentials, research & scholarship activities, and provides a centralized networking and collaboration tool to promote creativity and innovation.
Watermark Faculty Success (WFS), formally called Digital Measures Activity Insight, is a secure web-based activity reporting system that allows faculty and staff to track their teaching, research, scholarship, accomplishments, and service activity. Faculty and staff can enter their information once and update as new activity occurs. When this system is updated regularly, faculty can create their individual curricula vita and the university can use information in multiple ways to support core faculty processes and showcase faculty research and scholarship. UNCW Data Governance supports secure and transparent practice when collecting and reporting faculty research and scholarship.
