What is a HUB?

A Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) is a business in which at least 51% of the business is owned and operated by one or more of the following minority persons:

• Black
• Hispanic
• Asian American
• American Indian
• Female
• Disabled
• Socially and economically disadvantaged, as defined in 15 U.S.C. 637
