Search Committee Training

This search committee training is for SHRA and EHRA Non Faculty recruitments and includes information on promoting inclusion, maintaining compliance, managing search actions in People Admin, and guidance for best practices. This training must be completed once per fiscal year. You have the option to take this training through a virtual zoom classroom by registering through our Dare to Learn website or you can take the course online through Skillport
Should you take the skillport training, the confidentiality agreement is embedded in the course.

PeopleAdmin Open Lab

This program was created by the Class & Comp and Talent Acquisition teams to offer a dedicated, hands-on environment to better assist PeopleAdmin users with various actions.

This open lab is designed for: Employees (i.e. Assistant Coordinators, Dept Budget approvers, etc.) charged with entering position descriptions (PD) actions and job postings in PeopleAdmin 7.


PeopleAdmin Saved Searches & Social Media

This training created to offer an overview of the Applicant Tracking System within PeopleAdmin. We will review user group log-in, personal saved searches, adding a posting to your watch list, creating a shortcut, understanding your search options, and utilizing the social media feature to allow your posting to be viewed on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

This program is designed for various levels of experience in PeopleAdmin.
