Living-learning community in Sandpiper Hall

As a first-year Honors Scholar, you will live in Sandpiper Hall (unless you are a Wilmington local and choose to stay home). Living in the same residence hall encourages engaged interaction and supports academic success.

Sandpiper Hall is one of UNCW's newest residence halls, with double and single rooms available. Rooms include dressers, wardrobes, twin XL beds, desks, and windows. It features pods with both shared and private bathrooms. The residence hall features a community kitchen with full set of appliances, lounges and study nooks, on-site laundry, and more.
