Deadlines

All proposed curriculum changes MUST be launched and approved by the originator in Curriculog no later than Wednesday, November 27. We strongly encourage you to enter proposed changes earlier in the fall semester. The deadline is firm in order to allow curriculum committees and other approvers time to review proposals.


The paper forms below were previously used for curriculum changes but are now for reference only.

Change Existing Course

  • Please use the Course Change Form to capture the current course information.
  • Provide a short justification for changes that are made to the course.
  • Submit this form with change, a brief justification, and updated catalogue copy to Wanda Underwood (underwoodw@uncw.edu), or send to the Graduate School (mail code 5955).
  • If you do not see the course listed when searching the report, the course will be considered a new course

Inactivate Existing Course

  • Please use the Inactivate Course Form to capture the current course information.
  • Provide a short justification for changes that are made to the course.
  • Submit this form with changes and justification electronically to Wanda Underwood (underwoodw@uncw.edu)

New Course Request

Please send the following with the new course form,
  • new course syllabus,
  • updated catalogue copy showing new course, and
  • a short justification for the new course
