Office of Facilities

Design & construction of an approximately 20,000 SF dining facility.  The site is located near the current recreation tennis courts, east of Bluethenthal Wildflower Preserve and south of Price Drive.  The building will serve both faculty/staff & students and must be visible and accessible from Price Drive.  Precise placement of the facility will be influenced by the planned redesign of recreation space, new residence halls and other planned development adjacent the project site.

Project scope will also include outdoor gathering space, storm water management, service access, and site lighting.  The construction budget is estimated to be approximately $14M. Anticipated occupancy during summer of 2021.
