CAB Art Gallery: Numbers in the Dark

Numbers in the Dark, an exhibition of artworks by Jovencio de la Paz, will launch with a public opening reception at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 19 in the CAB Art Gallery. Works in the exhibit explore the relationship between computation and handweaving. All pieces in this exhibition were woven by hand on a computerized, TC2 Jacquard loom.

A recorded artist talk will be available on the gallery’s website. The exhibition runs through Saturday, March 21. Gallery hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with extended hours on Thursdays (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
