Anthropology Department Homecoming

Celebrate UNCW Homecoming with the Anthropology Department. Join us as we welcome home two of our alumni, Didi El-Behadi '17 and Britt Florkiewicz '14, who are now emerging scholars in academia. They will give short talks on their current research: "Egypt's First Capital: New Discoveries from Ancient Memphis" and "Mammalian Facial Signaling Behaviors." This will be followed by a Q & A about their time at UNCW, grad school, fieldwork and their professional career paths. Reception begins at 4:30 p.m. and talks will start at 5 p.m. All are welcome.
